LIU Xiang Should Take A Rest
What a pity! But it is much more pity what officier Feng Shuyong, head coach of the Chinese team, said in the press conference after the men's 110m hurdles at the National Stadium. I was one of reporters on the spot in the dream.
I was touched when I saw Liu Xiang's head coach Sun Haiping broke into tears in the press conference while answering how his feeling after Liu walked off the Nest's track. "Although his foot has been injuried, he has been keeping trainning all day. In order to be able entries, he even risk hiss life needlessly in training." said Sun.
My first question: Why Liu risk his life needlessly to train for this Games? Had he been told that he should take an appropriate training in moderation?
I have some doubts about Liu's decision when I heard Mr Feng said Liu's tendon injury in the right has lasted for five or six-year-old. He stressed again and again that doctors in Chinese team have given Liu best cure and his injury almost recover until Last Saturday but then suddently got worse. On the other hand, Feng admitted Liu has been under great pressure, "But he is great athlete and very strong mentally" so he will not give up attending Beijing Olympic Games because for injury, he said.
My second question: Why Chinese team (General Directorate of track and field) leaders didn't suggest Liu quit after his foot injury getting worse on last Saturday? Why Liu's quit not be announced in advance? In this case, Liu Xiang's injury seems very serious, why not stop him participating this competition only after two days since last Saturday(we all know he couldn't recover in only two days)? Does he must prove serious injury in the way of staggering out of the block and then walked off the track?
Well, maybe Liu himself wish to take part in competition, but professional doctors and other experts should have given him some scientific recommendations that he is not suitable continued to run. I think it is not sufficient rehabilitation make his condition deteriorated which lead to have to quit. The Chinese team doctor or officials, who didn’t give Liu enough rest should be held accountable. But Mr Feng, as an officials in the press conference, stressed they used the best treatment for Liu and Liu is strong enough to bear his foot pain, sounds like shirked responsibility and afraid of being blamed by Liu’s fans.
I think Chinese people focus more on how much athletes dedicated to country, but ignore the athletes’ individual value and they should also be protected as a ordinary person, especially when they injured.
I suddenly wake up when I try to ask the third question. Oh, it just a dream.
Focusing only on Gold Medal for glory of the national interests while lack of care will thoroughly ruin athletes . I think Liu Xiang Should Take A Rest!

Boo & National Anthem
Beijing Olympic Games started.
Yesterday, I even made two dreams related with it.
The first dream in the Water Cube.

I didn’t not know how U.S. President George W. Bush and his wife Laura, who was watching the game in the audiences’ field, felt at this time. I found they also smiled with a little bit of regretful, and I guess they might think: Chinese people who responsible for playing tracks don’t familiar with the
The second dream in the basketball court:
What a coincidence President Bush and first lady were there again. And Elaine Chao , the United States Labor Secretary, and Yang Jiechi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, sited around them.

What surprised them or even shock them is the behavior of Chinese fans. They encouraged loudly for
I was definitely shocked by hearing this boos, and I think it is absolutely wrong to undermine another team’s attack during the game. Fortunately, the
But as one of the citizens in Olympic host country, I also can not help blushing for that, with hands and feet getting cold and back perspiring because this is not the first time I heard Boo like this. A few days ago it is the same case in the Diamond Cup Men's Volleyball Team.
The guy, who sat around me, still concentrated on booing, can not feel any embarrassed at all. I glanced at the VIP seats, I wonder whether Mr. Yang and Ms. Chao had the same feelings.
I think I should do something so I bravely stand up and try to stop boos but other fans seems very unhappy and staring at me. They may be think what I did was not suitable. One of fans asked me angrily: "Which side do you like to stand? Why not cheering for Chinese team, you are not a patriotic man at all! "
I didn’t know how to answer to his question when hearing the word "unpatriotic", I would like to explain that what I did is patriotism while what they did will lose face. But the man started to boo for the

Just a dream above mentioned. I hope I will not do such a dream anymore.
